Honda Rebel 500 Launched in India: Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India has introduced the Rebel 500 cruiser motorcycle to the Indian market.
- Pricing & Availability: The bike is priced at ₹5.12 lakh (ex-showroom) and will be sold exclusively through Honda’s premium BigWing dealerships in Gurugram, Mumbai, and Bengaluru. Bookings are open, and deliveries are scheduled to begin in June 2025.
- Design & Features: The Rebel 500 has a retro-cruiser styling with a circular headlamp, low-slung seat, wide handlebars, and a high-mounted fuel tank. It comes in a single blacked-out color—Matt Gunpowder Black Metallic.
- Engine & Specifications: The motorcycle is powered by a 471cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine that delivers 46 hp and 43.3 Nm of torque, paired with a 6-speed gearbox.
- Chassis & Safety: It features a telescopic fork at the front, twin shock absorbers at the rear, and dual-channel ABS with disc brakes (296 mm front, 240 mm rear).
